On Wednesday, December 12th, Cactus Holdings announced it had closed on the acquisition of 725 Amsterdam Ave., a 28-story commercial condo in Manhattan's Upper West Side, which was first reported by The Real Deal. The deal included multiple partners in Michael Ashkenazy's 101 Holdings. The property totaled for $19 million at the close of the deal. Plans for the location have yet to be released. The partnership with 101 Holdings comes after a previous partnership on three Bronx commercial properties in January 2018 for $18 million.
