On Friday, April 19th, Cactus Holdings announced they had finalized a lease with Stumptown Coffee Roasters for a roasting and distribution facility which will supply various businesses that carry their products, including their own chain of coffee shops located throughout the city. Booth Capital represented Cactus Holdings, the landlord, in this deal, while Stumptown was represented by Good Space NYC.
